The Cornerman in Your Pocket

The corner is the gym’s quietest room. Forty‐five seconds between rounds. Bucket, gauze, water, advice. The trainer’s job in the corner isn’t to be loud — it’s to be right. To tell you exactly one thing that will change the next three minutes.
Trinity built an app called Cornerman because we think every fighter deserves that voice even when they can’t get to 20 Vesey Street.
It’s not a video catalog. It’s not a fitness tracker. It’s a coach in your phone — the form checkpoints we’d give you in person, the common errors we’d correct on the floor, the round timer with the right bell. Sixteen drills built on what we actually teach. Each drill comes with the cues we use, the partner checks that catch your mistakes, and a video of the form done right.
You can train at home, in a hotel room, in your office at lunch. Open the app, pick a drill, hit the bell. Three minutes of work, one minute of rest. Six rounds. Done.
We didn’t build it to replace coming to the gym. We built it for the days you can’t.
Brains over Brawn doesn’t take a day off. Neither should you.
