KIDS BOXING AT TRINITY: TEACHING KIDS TO BE TOUGH

- 1 min read
Boxing teaches kids something no other sport does. Not just how to throw a punch. How to stand still. How to pay attention. How to take instruction. That is harder than it sounds.
By the time a kid at Trinity learns to throw a proper jab, they have already learned something more important: how to listen. How to lose with dignity. How to get back up.
Our kids program is for ages seven and up. No experience necessary. No contact sparring until they are ready, and we decide when that is, not them. Every session is coach-supervised. Safety is the first thing we teach.
We are dedicating the gym to teaching kids how to be tough and teaching adults how to be kids. Call or text 212-374-9393 to book a trial class.
