FIGHT THE GOOD FIGHT: THE TRINITY BOXING CLUB STORY

Trinity Boxing Club opened its doors in 2004 on Vesey Street in the Financial District of New York City. Not because the market demanded it. Not because a business plan said so. Because boxing needed a home in lower Manhattan, and somebody had to build it.

The philosophy was simple from day one: Brains over Brawn. It is not the size of the dog in the fight, it is the size of the fight in the dog. Boxing levels the playing field. It was invented for the smaller guy to beat the bigger guy. David versus Goliath. Rocky versus Apollo. You versus the world.

We teach the fundamentals. Stance, footwork, jab, defense. The same things Cus D Amato taught. The same things that work whether you are a beginner trying to get in shape or a fighter trying to get better. There are no shortcuts. There is just the work.

Twenty years later, Trinity has three locations: two in New York City and one in Los Angeles. The philosophy has not changed. The bell sounds the same. The corner is the same. Fight The Good Fight.
