
Take a lesson twice a week for four weeks and learn the basics of boxing. Great for beginners and anyone who wants to give their current workout a shot in the arm. Lessons are given three times daily and all day Saturday to work around your schedule.
Note: The Intro to Boxing class is NOT a prerequisite to sign up for one of our other programs. The class is best described as a month-long trial lesson for the committment-phobic.
