Fear

Everybody's got it. Most people don't know how to deal with it. Franklin Roosevelt said,"The only thing to fear is fear itself." That's a great sound byte, but is it sound advice?
The truth is, fear can go either way. It can be your best friend or it can be your worst enemy. Legendary trainer Cus D'Amato used to compare fear to fire. If you can control it, it can heat your home. If you can't, it will burn it down and everything in it. Learning how to control your fear and using it as an ally can help you reach a level of success you haven't seen before.

We don't make life easier, we just make you tougher

Guts

It''s as important to a corporate lawyer as it is to a world champion. When you train like a fighter, you''ll develop the courage and confidence to make it through any situation.

Brains

Be alert. Think on your feet. React under pressure. Stay focused. Whether you''re in the ring or on the trading floor, your ability to think clearly under pressure can mean the difference between winning and losing.

Our training program will not only get you in top physical shape, but you''ll be amazed at how mentally sharp you''ll become.

Confidence

The mental benefits of boxing are just as great as the physical benefits. Confidence, determination and drive are as much a part of being "fit" as strength, endurance and flexibility

Focus

When time is a factor, no workout makes more sense than boxing. In addition to building strength and stamina, the boxing workout also helps develop mental clarity and focus. We want you to devote boxing to your life, not devote your life to boxing.

Sweat

In a gym, it''s like holy water. The more you sweat, the holier you get. Here''s Saint Jennifer hitting the heavy bag.

Got Stress?

Smoking, drinking and overeating only make it worse. Pound on the heavy bag instead. You''ll get instant relief, plus you''ll condition your body to handle it better next time.

Kids

Increase self-esteem. Lose weight. Become more disciplined. Stand up to the class bully. There are a million reasons for kids to take up boxing. We''ve eliminated all the reasons why they shouldn''t.

RISE AND SHINE

What's for breakfast, a jelly doughnut or an egg white omelet? How you start your day determines how you're going to live your day, and how you live your day determines how you're going to live your life. So put down that Krispy Kreme. Look what it did to Elvis.
