I love boxing. I loved to do it, I love to watch it, and I love to teach it. From the first time I laced on a pair of boxing gloves almost 25 years ago, I felt like I was on a mission. I think that boxing is the greatest workout in the world. Hands down. No contest. That isn't meant to knock any other form of exercise, but did you ever see a 110 lb. woman fend off a would-be mugger with a sun salutation? Me neither.

On a physical level, no workout delivers more bang for the buck than boxing. You'll get stronger, leaner and have a lot more energy. On a mental level, you'll feel more confident, focused and in control. It will give you nerves of steel to go along with your abs of steel.

As the owner of Trinity, I promise you two things- a great time and a great workout. Boxing can be pretty intimidating, especially if you've never done it before. I want to de-mystify the whole boxing experience for you. First off, you're not going to get hit. We do, that's why we look like this. Secondly, this is going to be the coolest gym you've ever been to. It's like the neighborhood gym I grew up on when I was a kid in Brooklyn. We make sure that everyone knows everyone else working out. So don't gawk at the movie star hitting the heavybag next to you. You may be in a tug of war with them next round.
